When it arrives

Every bracelet is made to order, so it is not shipped the same day. Please allow 5–10 days for us to finish it, then the transit time for the service below.

We ship by a DDP (delivered duty paid) service. Your price already covers US import duty and taxes, so there is nothing to pay at the door and no customs paperwork for you to fill in.

Tracking

We email a tracking number when the parcel leaves us. [to be completed: confirm the transit time range quoted by the carrier]

Before it ships

We email photographs of the finished bracelet and wait for your reply. If you want a change, ask within 24 hours and we will remake it. If we do not hear from you in 24 hours, we ship it as photographed.

Returns

If the bracelet arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any return postage.

Because each piece is made to your specification, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return on a bracelet that is exactly as designed. [to be completed: confirm this position]
