What you are buying
Each order is a made-to-order bracelet built from the stones, bead sizes and wrist measurement you choose in the studio. Because it is made for you, the finished piece will differ slightly from the on-screen rendering — natural stone varies in colour and pattern, and that variation is not a defect.

Order confirmation
Your order is accepted when payment is captured, not when it is placed. We will email you before shipping with photographs of the finished bracelet; you may request an adjustment once, within 24 hours of that email.
